The hotel's location is great, close to the central avenue and only 150m from the metro. the airport shuttle service to the property was very convenient. - the staff members were very nice and friendly throughout our stay.

Great location, close to everything in the city. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. The pool and outdoor seating area were a nice touch.

The fold-out bed in our room was too short and uncomfortable. The tricky staff member who tried to cheat us by giving us a budget room instead of the junior suite we had booked negatively impacted our stay.

Cleaning could be improved.

The location was great, with easy access to all the sights and attractions. The rooms were like small flats, complete with a washing machine and kettle. The homemade breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided in the room like shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The air condition and refrigerator in every room were a nice touch, and the bidet in the toilet was convenient.

The bed sheets were not enough, with only one quilt cover provided for two people. the cutlery set in the room was only for one person.

The hotel was great! the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options, perfect to start the day. the room had a fridge and a kettle which was convenient for a business trip. the hotel is located close to the metro station and within walking distance to the city center, making it easy to explore the area.

My only complaint is that there weren't any long chairs by the pool. It would have been nice to relax by the pool after a long day of work.
